Biography

Specialist in various areas of archaeoinformatics. Engaged in research and development of new methods in the field of computer modeling of the development of prehistoric societies based on archaeological data. Specifically focuses on radiocarbon data, spatial analyses, and computer analysis of ceramic shapes. Works on the development of hardware and software for digitization and analysis of ceramic finds and collaborates with international teams in practical implementation of this system.
Completed both master’s and postgraduate studies in archaeology at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. Has been working at the Archaeological Institute since 2018.

Laser Aided Profiler (https://laseraidedprofiler.com/) – a system for fully digital, rapid processing of ceramic fragments and automated reconstruction of ceramic shapes using laser scanning of profiles (co-authored with Ing. Vladimír Držík).
